Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat, ensuring ethical and compassionate care.

• Facilitate clients' self-discovery by helping them process their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with stable, low-acuity adults facing various mental health challenges. Our goal is to assist these individuals in developing the necessary skills needed to enhance their quality of life. By focusing on adults who are in need of counseling rather than crisis intervention, you can cultivate meaningful therapeutic relationships that promote sustained recovery and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a relevant counseling discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state-issued mental health counseling license that allows for independent practice. We welcome applications from those holding licenses such as LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC.

• No pending disciplinary actions or limitations on licensure.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor in working with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology for telehealth services, including a reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities.

• A stable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with clients in a virtual setting, particularly in remote therapy sessions.
