Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, establishing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Engage in consultations with healthcare providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care for patients.
• Interact respectfully and compassionately with all patients, demonstrating an understanding of diverse backgrounds and cultures while adhering to our customer service standards.
• Implement and monitor treatment plans, collaborating with patients, their families, and the interdisciplinary treatment team to optimize rehabilitation potential.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment, progress, and discharge plans in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Participate in leadership functions including community outreach, continuous quality improvement initiatives, program development, and staff supervision.
• Maintain communication with referral sources and physicians, ensuring they are updated on patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
