This remote position allows for flexibility while ensuring that you remain closely connected to your colleagues and patients. Our virtual office fosters a professional and collegial atmosphere where team members collaborate effectively through digital communication platforms. You will have access to electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth tools designed to aid in providing high-quality care. The schedule typically runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility for some adjustments based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' needs and strengths, formulating individualized treatment strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the unique circumstances of individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead psychoeducational groups focused on specific mental health topics, creating a space for shared experiences and peer support.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure coordinated care that addresses all aspects of the patient’s mental health.

• Provide crisis intervention services to help patients navigate mental health emergencies effectively and compassionately.

• Educate clients about their conditions and empower them with information about treatment options and community resources.

• Safeguard patient confidentiality by maintaining accurate and compliant documentation in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Strong therapeutic knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• A demonstrated track record of conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy across diverse populations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to foster therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Solid understanding of professional ethics and applicable legal requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n
