Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions tailored to the individual needs of your clients. For example, employ structured assessments to gather data that will inform treatment plans designed collaboratively with clients.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) during your sessions, working empathetically to facilitate clients' healing and development.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Your organizational skills will ensure that all records are up-to-date and accurately reflect client progress.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, engaging in case discussions that leverage collective expertise in creating holistic solutions for client care.

• Participate actively in regular peer consultation meetings aimed at quality enhancement, sharing insights and discussing innovative techniques that benefit your practice and your patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clientele may include individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma histories, and more complex mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.
