Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, allowing for a work-life balance that empowers you to create and manage your own schedule. You'll have access to in-house credentialing and streamlined management of insurance participation, ensuring that you can focus more on providing care than on administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, ensuring that each treatment plan is customized to address specific needs.

• Perform initial evaluations, triage care as necessary, and develop individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Actively collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, documenting care plans and engaging in regular meetings to discuss patient progress and adjustment of treatment strategies.

• Provide case management for assigned patients, working alongside hospital professionals and community programs to deliver comprehensive support and resources.

• Ensure ethical and timely completion of documentation in accordance with department standards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

• Support patients and families in their goals by utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques and interventions relevant to their service plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice caters to a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a mental health counselor, you will play a pivotal role in helping these individuals navigate their mental health journey, offering empathetic listening and effective therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Georgia.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Ability to work flexible hours ranging between 10-40 sessions per week.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is two years of clinical experience, preference will be given to candidates who have a background in outpatient therapy and familiarity with various evidence-based treatment modalities. Additional experience in case management and community resources is also valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
