Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to connect with clients from the comfort of your own workspace while maintaining a structured outpatient office environment. Despite the virtual setting, you will be part of a dynamic team of professionals that includes clinical psychologists, licensed mental health counselors (LMHC), and licensed clinical social workers (LCSW). Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services via telehealth platforms to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families, ensuring a patient-centered approach.

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions to monitor client progress, adjust treatment strategies, and provide support during critical moments.

• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies, ensuring accurate and timely records for continuity of care.

• Collaborate closely with the clinical leadership and peers to enhance our therapeutic methodologies and align with best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a diverse range of individuals, including children experiencing emotional challenges, teens navigating the complexities of adolescence, and young adults facing transitional life issues. Each session aims to empower clients and create a rapport that fosters trust as they share their innermost struggles.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current and active LPC license to practice independently in Oregon.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in psychotherapy or counseling is mandatory.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification should be obtained within 30 days from the employment start date.

• Demonstrated ability to engage with a diverse clientele and adapt therapeutic interventions as needed.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
