This position allows you to work remotely, providing flexibility as you deliver services from a home office setup. You'll have the autonomy to structure your schedule around clients' needs, with operational hours from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week. Our clinic offers a full clinical caseload typically established within the first 90 days, ensuring that you can focus on client care rather than administrative burdens. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' backgrounds, evaluating their trauma history to design appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans that promote trauma recovery and resilience, ensuring alignment with best practice guidelines.

• Provide evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to individual patient needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process traumatic experiences while equipping them with practical coping strategies for healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, integrated care that addresses all aspects of a patient's well-being.

• Offer crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, providing immediate and necessary support.
