Work Environment\n

This remote position allows for flexible work arrangements while engaging deeply with clients during designated hours. Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotating basis to accommodate client schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' symptoms and their impact, determining the severity and duration of mood disorders.

• Foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients by developing personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs, preferences, and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in their journey toward improved mental health.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders and provide necessary resources and self-care strategies to facilitate understanding and coping.
\n
• Monitor clients’ progress through regular check-ins and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate closely with our team of psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for all clients.
\n
• Stay informed about current research and practices related to mood disorders to continuously enhance treatment effectiveness.
\n
• Document all interactions and treatment details meticulously, adhering to all ethical and legal standards in client care.
\n
• Attend case consults and team meetings to share insights and strategies, promoting a culture of excellence and improvement.

• Act as an advocate for clients by promoting destigmatization of mental health issues in the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing a variety of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Our clientele is diverse, encompassing people from various backgrounds and experiences, and the ability to connect with them on a personal level is vital.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in the state of Texas as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is required.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, specifically focused on mood disorders is preferred.
\n
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment methods, specifically CBT and DBT.
\n
• A solid understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatric professionals.
\n
• Demonstrated success in achieving favorable treatment outcomes in clients suffering from mood disorders.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to connect with clients from various cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Direct experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting.

• Experience in crisis intervention and management of complex clinical cases.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
