Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain an understanding of clients' mental health concerns, enabling you to craft effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored specifically to client needs.

• Establish and collaboratively agree on therapeutic goals with clients, maintaining ongoing assessment of their progress throughout their counseling journey.

• Offer teletherapy options for clients who are more comfortable with virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those unable to attend in-person appointments.

• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, reflecting our commitment to professionalism and client confidentiality.

• Engage in continuous professional development, including attendance at workshops and training sessions, to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed of best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice in the state of Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
