Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will undertake a variety of essential tasks that directly contribute to the care and support of your clients, including:

• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse adult clients struggling with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related concerns, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

Applicants for this position must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• An active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least two years of direct clinical experience working with clients in a therapy setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
