Key Responsibilities\n

As an Emotional Wellness Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' unique needs, strengths, and challenges, guiding them toward personalized treatment plans.

• Implement and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to address specific mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, and PTSD.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that foster community support, facilitate discussion, and promote coping strategies related to prevalent mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure comprehensive care, sharing insights and coordinated treatment strategies.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, including assessing risk and developing safety plans.

• Educate patients about mental health concepts, available treatment options, and community resources, enhancing their understanding and engagement in their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
