Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Texas.

• Comprehensive understanding of substance use disorders and effective treatment approaches.
\n
• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy, particularly within the context of addiction treatment.

• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on compassion and empathy to build rapport with clients.

• Proven ability to maintain professional, therapeutic boundaries while adhering to ethical standards and ensuring confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus and various incentives.
