Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, utilizing standardized tools and methods to establish clinical diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and engaging clients actively in their therapeutic journey.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy tailored to client-specific needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and appropriate referral to emergency services when necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and secure documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and service outcomes, aligned with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Educate clients about relevant mental health topics, treatment options, and how to access community support services.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training programs to stay abreast of advancements in mental health care practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, including adults and adolescents facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate these complexities and empower them towards meaningful change.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience, ideally in a mental health setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with clients from varied backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, with a sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.
