Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients to design individualized therapy plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy in a remote setting.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, families, and groups, ensuring a supportive environment that fosters growth and recovery.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, while utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software effectively.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and workshop participation to stay informed of the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work primarily with diverse individuals who seek counseling for a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our focus on families, couples, and those dealing with substance misuse emphasizes the importance of tailored therapy to achieve effective outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal, ethical, and professional standards governing clinical practice.

• Demonstrated ability to foster rapport and build relationships with a diverse clientele.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.

• Previous experience working within community health settings or understanding systemic health disparities.

• Familiarity with virtual care platforms and teletherapy best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, counselors have access to uncapped earnings potential and are eligible for a sign-on bonus.
