Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect these insights.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, individualizing approaches to support each client’s growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active mental health license issued by the state of Arizona as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT .

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Demonstrated empathy and non-judgmental attitudes toward clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational skills, allowing for effective management of caseload and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n
