Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for the following:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, requiring an understanding of cultural competencies and individual differences to provide effective support.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build rapport and trust with clients.

• A demonstrated capacity for empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage time in a remote work setting.

Preferred Experience\n
