Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.
• Utilize various therapeutic interventions and modalities to promote client engagement and positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in regular team meetings to collaborate on client care strategies and share insights from current research.
• Provide crisis intervention as necessary and facilitate referrals to additional resources when required.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LCSW license valid in the state of Texas.

• Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
