Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to understand client needs and determining suitable treatment approaches.

• Diagnosing and treating a spectrum of mental health disorders, continually assessing and adjusting care plans in response to patient progress.

• Providing individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness strategies.

• Coordinating with families, significant others, and additional care providers to ensure a holistic treatment experience for your clients.

• Designing and facilitating discharge plans that may incorporate referrals to additional services, community resources, or therapy groups to support ongoing care.

• Educating patients about community mental health resources that align with their treatment goals.
\n
• Maintaining meticulous documentation and compliance with clinical standards, as well as state and federal regulations.

• Identifying and advocating for clients’ needs to ensure a high-quality continuum of care, especially for those at risk of readmission or extended stays.

• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss patient progress, share insights, and enhance collaborative care strategies.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in the state of Arizona as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist.

• Proficiency in telehealth technology and electronic health records management.

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively communicate and establish rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, along with an attractive sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
