Schedule: Flexible 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to help patients restore mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Key Responsibilities :

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

Deliver evidence-based physical therapy for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.

Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
Qualifications :

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

Active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.

New graduates are welcome to apply.

Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Outpatient physical therapy experience is preferred but not required.
