Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient conditions and functional limitations.
• Design individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices to help patients achieve rehabilitation goals.
• Consult with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Provide hands-on therapy, implement treatment techniques, and adjust plans based on patient progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with all regulatory requirements and established standards.
• Engage patients and their families in the treatment process, fostering understanding and compliance.
• Participate in community outreach and initiatives that promote health and wellness.
• Supervise support staff to ensure high-quality patient care and productivity.
• Attend professional development activities to stay current with advancements in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
