Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and support systems.

• Provide therapeutic interventions in individual, family, and group settings utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions tailored to each client.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments as necessary, formulating safety plans in response to acute client needs.

• Document client progress and therapeutic interventions accurately and promptly, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, offering support and information to clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
