Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide remote therapy as part of an 8-week evidence-based program, focusing on personalized approaches tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Monitor patient progress throughout their treatment journey, providing follow-up communications and meaningful care coordination recommendations.

• Document detailed session notes that adhere to HIPAA Privacy & Security standards, ensuring compliance with ongoing training requirements.

• Actively participate in a care team, assisting patients in accessing necessary resources, and facilitating consent and authorization procedures.

• Identify high-risk encounters and implement appropriate safety measures according to established protocols.
\n
• Engage in committed and constructive participation during supervisory meetings, monthly team meetings, and Town Hall events aimed at fostering transparency and collective growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, primarily adults navigating various mental health challenges. Your role is crucial in helping patients develop actionable skills and foster healthy, long-lasting habits through structured, evidence-based protocols. You will leverage therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to engage and empower your patients.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Clinical experience in psychotherapy using solutions-focused methodologies, including CBT and DBT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inland Therapeutic Medical Group offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, dependent on experience and hours worked. Full-time counselors are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend.
