Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy tailored to meet the needs of clients across their lifespan.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to help identify clients’ strengths, challenges, and treatment goals, utilizing various evaluation tools and methodologies.

• Develop, implement, and modify evidence-based treatment plans, regularly reviewing client progress to facilitate therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external community partners to coordinate care and enhance service delivery, ensuring all client needs are met holistically.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of clinical notes and treatment interventions using designated electronic health record (EHR) systems that comply with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must have:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Proficiency in making professional evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation.

• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate nature, enabling you to build rapport with clients effectively.

• Adept computer skills, with experience in using EHR systems for documentation and case management.

Preferred Experience\n
