Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and regular follow-ups to evaluate clients' mental health status, establishing trust and rapport.

This position entails working with a varied clientele, including individuals grappling with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current valid licensure in the state of Oregon as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Minimum of four years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a proven record of therapeutic success.

Compensation and Benefits\n
