This position is fully remote, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions from your chosen location. Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic techniques to foster a supportive and engaging environment.

• Documenting client progress and updating electronic health records (EHR) in accordance with HIPAA guidelines to ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, share insights, and provide comprehensive support for clients.

• Providing crisis intervention as needed and developing safety plans for high-risk clients.

• Staying current with best practices in counseling and mental health treatment through continuous education and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work collaboratively with a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. You will focus on clients dealing with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, particularly Google Suite and EHR systems, to efficiently manage cases.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a clear ability to engage clients empathetically and effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized therapeutic techniques (such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care) or those who have worked with specific populations (such as veterans or individuals dealing with substance use disorders) are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits\n
