Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct effective counseling sessions via telehealth technology, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to address and manage clients' mental health issues.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to diagnose clients accurately and create tailored treatment plans aimed at meeting their unique needs.

• Facilitate the development of coping skills, supporting clients as they navigate major life transitions, stressors, and mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of clinical sessions in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations, ensuring all client information is kept confidential.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated support for client care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training opportunities aimed at enhancing your competency and expertise in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients who may present with a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
