Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized, family, and group therapy sessions through virtual engagements that adhere to evidence-based methodologies to successfully address a broad spectrum of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with clients to formulate and implement customized treatment plans that facilitate holistic recovery and personal growth, utilizing tools such as progress notes and therapeutic assessments.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and ensuring a safe environment for treatment.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that comply meticulously with HIPAA and other federal regulations, prioritizing client privacy and legal standards.

• Work in tandem with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and support staff, to provide coordinated care, enhancing communication, and fostering a comprehensive support network for clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment, integrating innovative practices into your therapeutic work to continually improve care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include a diverse range of individuals, families, and groups grappling with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, PTSD, and substance misuse. Emphasis on culturally competent care will be essential, as you will work with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring they feel understood, respected, and engaged throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Oregon as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.
\n
• Minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services to individuals in diverse settings, such as community agencies, hospitals, or private practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop rapport with clients and address their needs effectively.

• Commitment to cultural competence and the ability to provide affirming, sensitive care to all clients regardless of background.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills are essential for accurate reporting and collaboration.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth delivery of services, demonstrating familiarity with virtual platforms and suitable therapeutic techniques for remote counseling.

• Background in multidisciplinary teamwork that enhances client care and outcomes.

• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic interventions (e.g., trauma-informed care, play therapy) are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
