Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by building rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while maintaining ethical boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, stability, and readiness for future appointments or discharge.

• Develop, implement, and routinely monitor individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to each client's needs and goals.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment updates, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and determine appropriate treatment pathways.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, aiming to provide support and interventions that empower clients.

• Engage in individual supervision and professional development sessions to continually refine skills and approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with youth and families, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health challenges. As a counselor, you will encounter clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
