Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand patients' mental health concerns, contributing to the development of personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet individual client needs.

• Maintaining comprehensive and confidential clinical records that adhere to HIPAA regulations and ensuring timely documentation of patient interactions.

• Collaborating with psychologists, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals in case consultations to discuss treatment progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

• Offering psychoeducation to patients and their families regarding mental health challenges and available resources, thereby enhancing support systems outside the clinical setting.

• Attending regular team meetings to share insights, discuss case studies, and drive improvements in service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse client base across various demographics, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use issues, and more. Your role will involve developing rapport and trust with clients, using cultural sensitivity and empathy to encourage openness and engagement in their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid state's Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, specializing in psychotherapy services.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques with a focus on solution-oriented strategies.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
