This full-time therapist role is 100% remote, providing the flexibility to work from home or any location that suits you best. We have designed our virtual program to foster a productive and supportive working atmosphere, where clinical staff can easily connect with colleagues and clients. Additionally, our comprehensive Operations team manages all administrative tasks to allow you to focus on what you do best—caring for clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, adapting to the specific needs and challenges of the clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that promote recovery and wellness.

• Maintain a consistent schedule of group sessions, ensuring that clients receive regular care and support.

• Engage in case discussions with fellow clinicians to share insights and strategies, thereby enhancing your professional development and enrich the treatment provided to clients.

• Facilitate and guide client participation in therapeutic group settings, ensuring a safe and engaging environment that fosters meaningful discussions and interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We primarily focus on adolescents and young adults struggling with various mental health challenges. By maintaining a maximum of eight clients in each group session, our therapists can foster strong therapeutic relationships and provide in-depth, comprehensive care that leads to sustainable healing outcomes. Our clientele is diverse, and we believe that each client possesses their own unique potential for recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
\n
• Possession of a valid New York State mental health professional license: LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT preferred; we also support licensed clinicians in supervision for junior-licensed professionals.

• Availability to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week for contract positions or full-time with availability for 40 hours per week for W2 positions, with schedule flexibility.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a clinical setting is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online counseling methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to develop therapeutic relationships and engage clients in the therapeutic process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 per year, depending on experience and credentials. In addition to a strong base salary, our therapists have access to:
