Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews to evaluate clients' mental health status and therapeutic needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and more.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, providing tools and strategies for clients to promote personal growth and recovery.

• Utilize appropriate evidence-based therapy modalities, such as CBT or DBT, to support clients effectively.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client progress and treatment interventions.

• Act as a liaison for clients by referring them to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, when necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and trainings to remain informed on best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
