Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments with couples and individual clients to identify their specific challenges and treatment goals.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based practices, focusing on both individual and relational dynamics.
\n
• Addressing various issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological stress, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties, with a particular emphasis on family systems.
\n
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Documenting patient progress and treatment responses in a timely and accurate manner using digital health tools.
\n
• Providing referrals to additional resources or specialists as needed to enhance patient care.
\n
• Staying current with best practices in marriage and family therapy through ongoing professional development and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapeutic focus at Fusion Wellness Center includes a broad demographic, working closely with adults, children, and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges. As an LMFT, you will be instrumental in helping families navigate complex dynamics associated with various issues, including but not limited to separation and divorce, blended family adjustments, and communication barriers. Your work will focus on fostering healthier relationships and improving overall mental wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

While newly licensed professionals are welcome to apply, experience in the following areas is a plus:

• Working with diverse populations and handling various family structures including blended families.
\n
• Providing telehealth services effectively, ensuring engagement and rapport with clients through virtual platforms.

• Handling complex cases involving multiple family members and resolving relational conflicts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is highly competitive, between USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we offer:
