Work Environment\n

This role is a remote position with an outpatient office component, primarily focused on providing therapy services from the comfort of your own home. While a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM is set, we understand that flexibility may be needed to meet the diverse scheduling needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' unique needs and experiences.

• Develop personalized treatment plans integrating evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient’s cultural context.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on various mental health concerns, aiming to enhance resilience and overall well-being.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and emotional support during acute mental health emergencies.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation that meets all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or licensed Psychologist in the state of Texas.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and effective, evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Demonstrated experience delivering culturally responsive therapy tailored to diverse populations.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with a calm and composed demeanor in stressful situations.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and tracking patient progress.

• Strong commitment to confidentiality, ethical practices, and professional standards.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
