Work Environment\n

Our remote work setting is designed to ensure that you have the flexibility and resources necessary to carry out your clinical responsibilities effectively. You will conduct appointments through video conferencing and secure messaging via our Simple Practice platform, allowing you to connect with clients in a comfortable and convenient manner. Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting initial assessments to evaluate client mental health needs and establishing rapport.

• Creating individualized treatment plans that align with clients' therapeutic goals and progress.
\n
• Providing psychotherapy treatment to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with clinical standards and regulations.

• Engaging in ongoing communication with clients via our secure digital platform to ensure consistent support between sessions.

• Participating in regular supervision and peer support sessions to enhance clinical skills and address challenges in therapeutic practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including teenagers, adults, and couples, who face a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, utilizing tailored therapeutic approaches to foster healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a mental health clinician (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).

• Strong skills in treatment planning and mental health counseling.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
\n
• Proficiency in conducting virtual appointments, demonstrating comfort with technology and video conferencing.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, candidates with prior experience in telehealth or remote therapy settings will be valued.
