Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing standardized tools and interview techniques to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being.

• Craft and execute tailored individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, goals, and progress.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities in individual, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring the application of the appropriate techniques to meet client needs.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to promote effectiveness and adaptability.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, offering support and stabilization to clients during acute episodes.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records while adhering to all legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Collaborate actively with our multidisciplinary team to discuss case management, treatment strategies, and overall client welfare.

• Keep abreast of emerging research and developments in mental health treatments to continually enhance your therapeutic practice.

• Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and professional training to refine clinical skills and competencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in Texas (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
