Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while supporting clients from diverse locations. The clinic operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required to meet patient needs. You will have the opportunity to leverage technology, including electronic health record (EHR) systems, to manage your caseload efficiently while ensuring high-quality patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, exploring patients' unique backgrounds, experiences, and needs to develop customized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to individuals’ unique circumstances, integrating factors such as cultural and familial backgrounds in treatment.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a variety of mental health concerns, supporting clients in building resilience and improving their overall well-being.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive treatment strategies for our patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing strong de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that foster self-empowerment and recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions and progress, adhering to all legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing cultural competency training to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and a commitment to cultural competence in therapeutic practices.

• Proven experience in delivering both individual and group therapy in a culturally responsive manner.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with the ability to remain effective and composed during challenging situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
