Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients, utilizing standardized tools to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans in partnership with clients, addressing their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver high-quality care.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and strategies for self-care, fostering informed decision-making.

• Monitor client progress and make timely adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring continuous improvement and effective outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, including medication management when necessary.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and assessments in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a varied population experiencing mood disorders. Clients may include individuals facing major depressive episodes, bipolar challenges, and persistent anxiety. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment methods for mood disorders, including but not limited to CBT and DBT.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to forge connections with a diverse client base, fostering trust and rapport.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience specializing in the treatment of mood disorders is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, a sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates.
