This position is 100% remote, allowing you to connect with patients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will be a part of a dynamic telehealth team that utilizes state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring seamless communication and documentation. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary with the possibility of accommodating patient needs outside of standard hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patients’ psychological and emotional needs, developing detailed and personalized treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy and couples or family therapy, using modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community amongst patients dealing with similar mental health challenges.
\n
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals within the organization to ensure holistic patient care and effective treatment strategies.
\n
• Respond to mental health crises by providing immediate support and interventions, including stabilization techniques and emergency referrals when necessary.
\n
• Educate patients about their mental health diagnoses and available treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
\n
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring patient privacy and data security.
\n
• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations, contributing to a culture of shared learning and professional development.
\n
• Stay abreast of the latest research and therapeutic modalities in mental health to continually refine your practice and enhance patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals of varying ages and backgrounds who are facing a range of mental health issues. You will engage with patients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more, allowing you to apply your expertise in diverse settings and help foster resilience and recovery across multiple demographics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active, state-issued licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• In-depth understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic frameworks, including strong skills in assessment and treatment planning.

• Proven experience delivering therapy in both individual and group settings to varied population groups.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening.
\n
• Strong ethical principles with the ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital tools necessary for telehealth documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience post-licensure, preferably in an outpatient or telehealth setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
