Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, individualized assessments via telehealth to determine clients' mental health needs and establish rapport.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Interventions.

• Assist clients in identifying coping mechanisms and life skills to effectively manage their mental health conditions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with a diverse client base experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid independent license in one of the following categories: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess patient needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and cultural competence in your clinical practice.

• Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

We value candidates who have prior experience in a telehealth setting, allowing them to navigate the unique aspects of virtual counseling. Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and a commitment to ongoing professional development are highly desirable, as is familiarity with mental health legislation and ethical practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
