Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients’ unique needs and establish tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to deliver effective care to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational support groups aimed at fostering community and addressing prevalent mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other team members to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, optimizing treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
