Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments through interviews, observations, and analysis of student records to evaluate emotional, social, and environmental factors that impact learning and overall well-being.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to students, addressing issues such as grief, adjustment to life changes, anxiety, and more, while also offering support to their families.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including teachers, counselors, and health professionals, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate psychosocial considerations into their schooling.

• Facilitate access to community resources, including support groups, vocational rehabilitation services, and housing assistance to empower students and their families.

• Engage in discharge planning and coordinate transitional support to ensure continuity of care as students move from school settings to home or other environments.

In this role, you will be working with adolescents and children in a school setting who may be dealing with a wide range of challenges, including behavioral issues, mental health conditions, and adjustment difficulties related to personal circumstances. Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
