Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of diverse populations, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet varying client needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based upon initial assessments, ensuring that every patient receives personalized care that promotes their mental well-being.

• Facilitate multidisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment strategies, maintaining clear and accurate documentation of care plans and interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist clients in achieving their mental health goals and completing their individualized service plans.

• Provide case management services, collaborating with external professionals and community resources to foster a comprehensive support network for your clients.

• Ensure ethical and timely completion of documentation as per departmental standards, facilitating accurate communication and coordination of care.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates should be prepared to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on their availability and client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
