Work Environment

This position is based in our onsite rehabilitation facility, where you will work closely with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, including orthopedic specialists and rehabilitation therapists. Our work hours are structured from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while engaging in rewarding patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized therapeutic care tailored to each patient's unique conditions, goals, and progress assessments.
• Manage a controlled caseload to ensure that each patient receives ample attention and time for treatment sessions.
• Apply your expertise in orthopedic care, leveraging your background in physical therapy to design effective rehabilitation protocols.
• Implement diverse treatment options, focusing on improving patients' motion and mobility using cost-effective and non-invasive methods.
• Utilize holistic care strategies emphasizing non-surgical alternatives to medication, fostering a well-rounded healing experience.
• Craft detailed care plans that encompass various therapeutic techniques, integrating both traditional and innovative approaches.
• Design fitness and wellness routines that address individual patient needs, aimed at strengthening physical capabilities.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a supportive atmosphere.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize treatment outcomes and share insights on patient progress.

• Maintain thorough documentation of services provided, adhering to compliance and regulatory standards, and utilizing EMR software such as Web PT for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey is essential, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• A deep understanding of various manual therapy techniques along with the ability to develop and successfully implement exercise regimens.
• Experience with EMR systems, specifically Web PT, for accurate patient documentation.
• Strong foundation in current physical therapy methodologies supported by research and clinical evidence.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, previous experience in an outpatient setting and proficiency in treating orthopedic conditions is highly valued. Familiarity with sports medicine trends and techniques can significantly enhance your contributions to our team.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
