Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on clients who are facing terminal health challenges and their families. You will address a diverse range of mental health issues including grief, anxiety, depression, and coping strategies for both patients and families during end-of-life care. Your role is vital in ensuring that clients not only receive emotional support but also have access to essential resources and services in their time of need.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is requisite.

• Must possess an active LCSW license in the state of New York.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience demonstrating proficiency in mental health practice, ideally within a hospice or healthcare environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
