Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, including pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and positive behavior support plans.

• Document all clinical activities in a timely manner in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring accuracy in client records and treatment plans.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to enhance assessment accuracy.
\n
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support strategies tailored to each client's needs.
\n
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our services consistently meet high-quality standards.
\n
• Maintain effective communication with local, state, and federal agencies and community partners to facilitate client access to additional services and resources.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training, as well as representing the agency at relevant professional gatherings.
\n
• Uphold and promote the agency’s mission, values, and guiding principles through your daily practices and interactions.
\n
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the clinic's operational objectives.

Your role will center on providing care to a diverse client population with a variety of emotional and psychological needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a behavioral health field is required for this position.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC issued by the state board.

• Proven ability to maintain clinical records and prepare related reports accurately and responsibly.

• Strong interpersonal skills to work cooperatively in an interdisciplinary team environment.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.

• Sound judgment and the capacity to make informed decisions based on professional knowledge.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings is preferred, with a demonstrated ability in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n
