Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations through virtual consultations to assess each client’s unique situation.

• Document all aspects of client interactions, ensuring accurate records from initial consultations through to discharge summaries.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment and recovery plans for a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in their mental or emotional health status.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Follow up on referrals and assist in coordinating hospital admissions when required, working closely with healthcare providers.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Proficient in electronic health record systems, with experience using AVATAR or similar platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
