Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments through online platforms to determine students' mental health concerns and establish individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of students.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal mental health outcomes.

• Collaborate with educational staff and parents to create a holistic support system for students, ensuring comprehensive care that addresses educational, social, and emotional needs.

• Document all therapy sessions and client interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required, with a master’s or doctoral degree preferred.

• Proven proficiency in mental health diagnosis and treatment techniques, with a solid understanding of evidence-based practices.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and encourage clients throughout their recovery journey.

• At least 2 years of direct clinical experience working in a school or clinical setting, focusing on youth mental health.
