Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and families to understand their unique backgrounds, needs, and healing goals.

• Deliver individualized and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs identified during assessments, promoting the client’s emotional and psychological well-being.

• Maintain accurate billing records, documentation, and individualized treatment plans while ensuring timely submission of insurance authorization forms.

• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans when necessary, and relapse prevention plans, enabling clients to maintain stable functioning amid challenges.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans that facilitate a smooth transition from therapy to independent functioning.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state laws, along with relevant regulatory requirements, and NEHS policies and procedures, ensuring ethical and legal standards are upheld in all client interactions.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your counseling skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
\n
• Participate in regular case consultation and agency meetings to collaborate with team members and discuss complex client cases.
\n
• Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training to excel in your role.

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including adults, adolescents, and families, each coping with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that leads to licensing is required.

• You must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Counselor (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
