Work Environment\n

Our work is conducted through a telehealth framework, enabling us to reach a broader clientele while offering the convenience of remote service delivery. As a licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to discern clients' trauma histories, providing foundational insights that drive effective treatment choices.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focusing on trauma recovery, resilience building, and ongoing therapeutic goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during sessions to facilitate client healing.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through trauma processing and empowering them with effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for individuals experiencing crises associated with trauma.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients facing trauma-inducing emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and compliance with relevant ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients vary widely, ranging from adolescents to adults who have faced significant life challenges, particularly relating to trauma. You will interact with diverse populations, including those who may be marginalized or facing unique barriers to accessing mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
