Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs.

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for open communication.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coordinators, to provide holistic care to clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions related to mental health practices and innovations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including adolescents, individuals, and families who may experience various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical counseling context, demonstrating effective therapeutic practices.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health services.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering $70,000 to $90,000 annually, determined by your experience and caseload requirements.
